Minerals
Since all the impurities are taken out of the water when it
is distilled that means everything is taken out of the water,
even minerals. The issue here is that many people think it is
not safe to drink distilled water because it lacks these

The truth is that you do not need to get minerals form your
water because you will get what you need through food. You can
also drink other beverages, like fruit juice, to get minerals.

Myth: Distilled Water is Harmful
Distilled water can not be harmful because it is 100% pure
water. Every living person is made up of water, so how can
water be harmful? Water can be harmful if it contains
toxins and other impurities. Those are removed from distilled
water, making it pure and clean. Distilled water is not harmful
